Do You Ship Worldwide?

No, we currently ship in USA, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and United Kingdom. Please note delivery times will vary depending on location and may attract import costs if an item is made in the USA and ships Outside USA.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

We aim to provide our customers with the best possible service. We process and dispatch standard orders in 3-5 days as everything is Custom made for each customer. During busy times, such as Christmas, please allow a couple extra days.

We are currently working hard to create a premium, high-quality unboxing experience that truly matches the quality of your purchase.

To finalize our new, custom shipping boxes, we will be temporarily shipping orders in a durable, protective plastic mailer.

Shipping prices are calculated based on the products in your cart and your location. You can check our shipping prices when you procceed for checkout.

My Order Has Not Arrived. What Do I Do?

Don’t worry, on each order we sent a tracking number for each package you will receive, so you can check your parcel in our shop's tracking page at anytime.

When Will I Know When My Order Has Been Dispatched?

Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have and are working on your order. You will then receive another email when we’ve shipped your order.

Can I Collect My Order?

Unfortunately for the moment we only sell online. In the future if we have a physical store we will let you know.

What If My Order Is Damaged?

Dont Worry, Overtuned shop offers shipping package insurrance. If your Product is Damaged during shipping, contact us with some photos and your receipt and we will arrange a replacement at no cost immetiately.
